Unfortunately this is not the case for those of us where its happening multiple times, for us its an indefinite quarantine of our Characters

if you're getting this error message, its because something went wrong with the character and we're investigating a fix. there are both individual fixes to characters affected, which we perform regularly (multiple times per week), as well as a long term fix to prevent the issue from ever happening.

i can also confirm some characters get fixed and then immediately break again, which can make it seem like we never performed any work at all. fixing this issue is a high priority for us.

okay i read the messages more clearly, if you want to get back in via xbox you should delete save data from both the console and the cloud, make sure to click “delete everywhere” when deleting from the cloud

this will at least allow you to get in and scan the code with no affect on your wizards

the reason why it would be hard for me to fully grab the ticket for you though is because your account has a unique player id that you have to be in game to see and it allows them to easily identify your account so this is why i’m doing this solution

deleting your save date clears up whatever’s making your game crash. your character will still be there, but the devs will have to manually fix your character. make sure you scan the qr code under the support section

and can also explain why both consoles receive said corruption

My character is free, playable again so that's nice now just less crashes and fix the Ferryman visual glitch and I'll be satisfied

So good news my character is back from the shadow realm but the bad news is that he keeps getting kicked every 2 to 5. Minutes 🤔

I mean, the game loads back up pretty fast, but every 2 minutes? 🤨 If it was 15, no problem.

Did someone beat the game on console before the quarantine issue was fixed? That’s crazy.

Im getting this same thing, but i was just doing pet minigames, and before that i was booted from shopping district and triton avenue

From what I can tell whenever something got fixed something else broke. For example Lag fix led to frequent bluescreens/crashes, Aaron fix led to getting the area closed bug.

I have found a temporary fix however. Switch realms. Its tedious, but its better than sitting around waiting for another fix.

Ive found the best work around to quit to character select and retry, has worked for me most times. If not i close fully and relaunch and it works

Now I can’t load my character cays it says area. Closed
