rough knot
I ran into an issue where I was trying to progress in a quest and while being transported to the next area, I got frozen on the loading screen. I restarted the game and when I logged back in, I was (and still am) unable to interact with the required portal to move forward. I believe once I interacted with it, I got locked from interacting again, but because I restarted the game I never actually made it to the next area.
I am trying to progress the quest "Only Mostly Dead" and am trying to find Mellori in the astral plane. She is in the infirmary in Arcanum and I cannot interact with the portal needed to get me to the next area. My arrow is pointing me there but I cannot interact.
I will attach images to help explain where I am at. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
