1. Instead of freeing grandfather spider, as the chosen was supposed to, she siphoned his power for herself leaving him to suffer in the black hole, while pursuing her vainglorious quest for world domination.

2. She claims to be the ''Shadow Queen'' despite having a fundamentally flawed and ineffective understanding of shadow magic, as well as being unable to at the very least mitagate her backlash

3. Her foolish quest to become said ''shadow queen'' devastated the delicate balance of Kyrsalis's political and natural ecosystems, in addition to destroying major institutions throughout the world

4. Morganthe went behind Merle's back in attempt to accelerate the development of her magical prowess, despite the fact that at the time she was a practitioner of death magic which teaches patience and understanding, yet again proving her basic misunderstanding of magical theory.

5. While under the tutelage of Merle Ambrose, in an attempt to bolster her own standing in society she encouraged her brother, Sir Mallory, to challenge king Artorius in a duel, in which her brother died and despite the death of her brother, she followed through with her plan to depose king Artorius, knowing full well that with no clear successor all she would accomplish is sending avalon into a state of upheaval and chaos.

i still think she's a victim ultimately. prophesied and doomed to fail as a game piece in raven and spider's petty game especially as all she wanted in life was to be in control of her own fate instead of being an accomplice to her brother, being restricted by ravenwood, and ultimately being groomed by the arachna
