Can’t play new L&L gauntlet with dual wizards

I have encountered a new problem, black screen related. I purchased the new Liches & Legends Gauntlet and as soon as my dual account wizards enter I cycle through full black screen, briefly visible wizard windows, full black screen, one window a bending (aka disappearing), remaining window turning all white and freezing up.

I have gone through all the steps recommended under my black screen post and by and large things are working pretty well. Has to be something different about KI’s implementation of this new gauntlet.

i did have someone on a team of mine crash and they were the only one trying to launch with steam, when they used their account with the wiz launcher it stopped crashing for them.

Thanks, I only use the Wizard101 launcher so that isn't my issue.

Ive been quad boxing L&L and havent had any issues like this- maybe its ur comp?Also are u using a mount to control all ur characters or manually walking them each?

Having the same ongoing issue as well, even without dual-boxing. As soon as I enter the gauntlet I start getting the 3+ black screens and the game closes itself out.

Despite having the same graphics card for a couple years this has only started happening with Wizard101 relatively recently, like maybe since Spring 2024 onward. As I mentioned in the other thread there are other areas of the game where it will consistently happen especially if I hang around those areas for too long. Wizard101 is also the only game where I've been having this issue. Even in Pirate101 I've never had this happen.

Idk if this would affect it, but what level are u?

Both of the wizards are lvl 170. One Storm the other Fire

I guess i have all my graphic settings on the lowest possible settings- maybe try messing around with those?

Also gonna assume ur not in full screen bc ur running 2 accounts, but maybe try adjusting the aspect ratio also?

Yeah it's reassuring to at least see a few other people having the same issue now. Previously I had only seen like 1 post on Reddit about it months ago, and then ended up making a post myself.
