[Fixed] hidden paywalls

Dear Wizard101 Support Team,

I hope you're doing well. I have discovered two issues related to the new fusion missions in Selenopolis. In two different areas of Krokotopia, I encountered hidden paywalls requiring 915 Crowns to continue.

I had understood that I had purchased the full access to Krokotopia, so I believe this is a bug. I paid the 915 Crowns using my Trivial Crowns, but I was not expecting these additional charges.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter, as it seems like an error, and ensuring that other players are not similarly affected by these hidden costs.

This is not the only instance.
The sigil fight at the start of Ice Weaving Rank 4 against Julius Freezer is locked behind Vivarium/Halls of Taweret/Garden Of Khonsu even though it's located in the Blended Grove right behind the quest giver.

They already fixed the error with that paywall. Only appears if you don't have a membership

Until this is resolved, I will not be doing the Selenopolis weaving quests.

I can also see about getting the ticket moved to someone else who has availability

Had you already unlocked Krokotopia? This place its sending you to is in old krok, and it expects that you would already have unlocked that. I see that this area is in the right place, if you had already unlocked all of krok.
Or did you have membership in the past, and have moved to unlocking things with access passes, and no longer have access to this area as you didn't perm unlock it in the past.

I have all of Krokotopia purchased but when they added Selenopolis two paywalls appeared in those two areas. @gusty grail

OK, this is so strange, since looking into the access pass issues today, I have already generated a few jira tickets.

And lucky for one of my people, we are going to do a full access pass audit.

How long ago did you unlock krok with access passes. I am wondering if it was "pre 2018, or post 2018"

it looks like these interiors were added to the pre-2018 access passes (before they were bundled together), not to the post-2018 ones

so it's trying to get you to purchase the non-bundled version to continue. definitely not right

as for this issue, the interior is just inside of the wrong access pass.

It is from the mission of the fabric of fire and storm.

OK, so the new 2018+ access pass shows

and the old 915 crown pass that we don't use anymore shows

Fire Zone (Currently KT-2, Add/Move to KT-1):
Krokotopia/KT_Pyramid/Interiors/KT_Chamber_ChamberOfAshes

Storm Zones (Currently KT-10, Add/Move to KT-9):
Krokotopia/KT_Tomb/Interiors/KT_TombOfSutekh
Krokotopia/KT_Tomb/Interiors/KT_TombOfSutekh_02

And then to correct that Blended Grove interior:
Krokotopia/KT_Selenopolis/Interiors/KT_Z04_FreezersBattleground should be moved from KT-SE-4 to KT-SE-1

Yeah, go ahead and ask them, but I wasn't able to get a fix in yet.

I would suggest waiting until the fix is in.
