i made my account in 2021 thru the wizard101 site, and haven't played since then
i just downloaded the game from steam bc i prefer to play games thru steam if possible, but then i got a notif that accounts made thru the wizard101 site can't be used to play thru steam, and i rlly just wish that i didn't have to either make a new account or redownload the whole game :(

So you’re okay with downloading from Steam but are against downloading from their website? They’re the same thing btw, Steam will just track your play time for you

no i went and downloaded it again bc i don't care that much i just. like playing thru steam. idk i know it's stupid
