Two of my wizards can not get thru the Selenopolis intro, and when on the Magic Wheel dialogue of "But remember, as ice freezes storm, so too does fire melt ice". Clicking next make noise, the game still goes on in the background, but nothing happens. Have tried going very slowly and waiting for all dialogue to finish, still didn't work

Particular part of your wiz install handling the tutorial may be corrupt, as you’re supposed to be able to see your hand here. Clicking next then prompts you to click pass
You can attempt re installing the game and that should hopefully fix the issue.
