The issue is obvious from the subject title, worried it could prevent accessibility for people, it'd be nice if the graphics setting had an epilepsy safe mode entirely but that's a big undertaking to ask I know

Yep many storm spells cause those issues, that's why I suggested an entire separate graphics setting, games already do it for colorblindness (also smth wiz doesn't have for some reason????) why not epilepsy
