It's a very high roll vs low roll spell but like half the effects do nothing, only like 3 of them are really good and a couple just lose you the match on the spot
In other words if Wild Bolt is unbanned in advanced combat azoth should be too as azoth has worse outcomes like 18/22 times
It's not like it'll be a meta strategy anywhere or viable whatsoever

The problem is if it got banned in raids it would also have to be unbanned in pvp based on how the system worsk so im gonna say this wont work sadly.
