#How Can I Combat This? Any Suggestions?

I need help guys. My guild makes weekly appointments to do museum runs, but someone does the runs within 24 hours, and now we all have to wait a couple more hours until it's open again for runs. It stinks because people take time out of their busy day to play at the allotted time, only to find out it's rescheduled because someone ruined it and played before.

Of course, we try holding people accountable, but it's hard to figure out who was online at the time of the run unless you are super vigilant the whole day, constantly checking who was online.

Has any guild dealt with this? What are some suggestions? Could there be something changed in this game to place appointments in stone? Let me know.

The mechanism countdown iirc is a little less than 2 days, not the 1 day like it usually says afterwards. It could be that no one is messing around with it and that you're not aware of the true cooldown time o:

I wish it would actually state the proper time :') We get frustrated with it in our guild too, so to be safe we do it every 2 days at minimum

Also in the case that someone did mess around with it, it'd only be the people with keymaster perms. No one else can open it

But yeah you just made a really good point. I should tell the guild about it, and about the keymaster stuff. You really helped me!! Thanks!! ❤️

One more question

#

What does the keymaster role entail besides opening the museum stuff?

museum stuff*

iirc its just for activating that museum thing, and for unlocking raid gates

Your guild leader can assign only certain people to be able to activate the ruine

You can also physically block off the ruine with a gate housing item and then only people with housing perms can move it and activate it
