Add a spellment crafting tab to the recipe book.

Would be massively helpful for seeing what recipes I do and don't have on a character, and everything should have a base "subcategory" outside of the all recipes subcategory

... ok, that could be interesting. I'm imagining each school would have recipes calling for a TC matching the creature, and a gem matching the school, like Naptha Scarab needing Scarab and Rubies, but it'd also need something from beastmoon, like maybe the runes?

Fridge is saying these recipes (that already exist) should have their own tab instead of being bundled under the reagents/transmutes
