The Weather Globes System would function like the Music Scrolls. You would place a machine in your home that utilizes the existing Globes to spread a weather effect throughout the home. Alternatively, you can just place a Globe down for it to do the exact same function it currently does.

Perhaps there could also be a way to stack effects (maybe at a cap of 2-3) if it might cause lag or other issues.

  • Fog Globe
  • Rain Globe (Rains and creates puddles on the ground)
  • Snow Globe (already exists, but would be cool if it created snow piles on the ground)
  • Sparkle/Glitter Globe (already exists)
  • Snowstorm Globe (already exists)
  • Thunderstorm Globe (already exists)
  • Falling Leaves Globe (already exists, but would be cool if it makes leave piles)
  • Shooting Stars Globe ('causes stars to shoot across the sky. Maybe occasionally one might crash down randomly)
  • Greyscale Globe (not sure if this would be easy to implement, but something that turns everything black and white/removes color could be cool).
  • Fireworks Globe (just the fireworks/sparkler cannons on steroids and without a need for activation)
  • Windy Globe (visible traces of wind, maybe leave or flower petal particles stirring randomly throughout the map)
  • Petal Globe (IDK if this already exists but just flower petals falling down)
  • Sandstorm Globe
  • Twister Globe (Creates a tornado like in the Red Barn Farm)

Ooh yes.

On the subject of seasons. I think it would be cool if maybe we could get like outdoor floors (for the grass and such) that have seasonal elements incorporated into them. Like a leaf-covered grass or snow (which we kinda already have).

Also, either more seasonal greenery or perhaps special trees/items that change with the real world seasons would be cool. Or can be changed manually.

We definitely need more environmental particle effects for houses!!!

I build out of bounds a lot and often the environments/rooms will feel sorta empty

and I don’t necessarily want them rainy or snowy either
