They're right. Customer Support does not have the ability to give badges or view the requirements to get the badge.
This would be a Cam thing. But before I ping him, is anyone else missing this badge?
It'd be good to narrow things down here first. Is this a one person problem or does everyone not have this badge?

Oh also, @obtuse grotto have you just tried completing another game? Will that give you the badge?

I heard one time during beastmoon event anyone who collected a time clam got the badge for this specific pet pavilion game, and beastmoon is Cam’s speciality so I believe cam can help us
It's possible this is a bug and wasn't clear in the message it could be that vs a general awareness issue.
We will have the dev team take a general look at those badges, though it would be good to confirm that you're not missing it for another reason.
@thick belfry i have gotten every single badge in the pet pavilion except the first one that was mentioned in the beginning. There is a big satisfaction from completing an entire category of badges, and for some reason I'm missing that one badge.
