I think a new idea could be to prestige and pick a new school they make only for those who have reached 150 and completed Lumeria. A prompt would pop up saying, "Your wizard is eligible to prestige, go to your wizard's character tab to learn more". Somewhere noticeable you see something highlighted and it gives you a breakdown of what can happen:

"By accepting, "I agree" then "Confirm", you are creating a new wizard in place of your current wizard.

Your gear, pets, plants, items, treasure cards, fish, jewels, housing items, spellements, potions, snacks, and reagents will all NOT transfer over. Make sure to add anything you want to keep in your shared bank. If you continue, you will pick a new school from one of the following: star, moon, sun, or shadow. Each having new unique spells for you to obtain.

The following are benefits to prestiging:

  1. 10% boost in gold, xp, pet xp, and energy with 10% faster regeneration
  2. Backpack and housing upgrade paths

Additionally you unlock The Void, a small exclussive prestige wizard world that has:

  1. Black Market to upgrade, buy, and sell prestige gear
  2. New pet training games and pets
  3. New gardener and gardening spells
  4. New Prestige crafting master to craft new gear from
  5. New professors and spells
  6. New emotes and social options

The following are what you will experience questing:

  1. You take in 20% more damage and receive 20% less health when healing
  2. Enemies have more pierce, resistance, and health
  3. Dungeon completion timers
  4. Every time you die you lose a little gold and xp but can never level down
  5. Can not world elixir skip"

The schools would follow the typical quest line but for your spell quests, it would be unique, similar to balance getting some spells in Krok and Ice in Colossus Boulevard. You will also have unique conversations with many NPC's, characters, and even get loot bonuses when finishing a boss with a special move

This is a lot and what I would love to see, unique to each person.

This sounds both insanely hard to balance and insanely hard to implement

This is a very interesting and Unique idea, however, like useless bug reporter pointed out, this would be next to impossible to balance. Especially for things like PVP. Not to mention a complete and total rework of the combat systems and bosses up to that point, because they would NEED to add at least a second version of EVERY SINGLE BOSS, pretty much every single ENEMY from WC -> Lemuria Which is insanely time consuming, costs a shoot load of money resource wise, so they'd have to do all of that, and then also do extra work to make sure that these enemies and bosses aren't encounterable by players not in NG+

I thought max Spellements were the current prestige system for Wiz, but I like this idea of “advancing” your character after obtaining max level.

And also likely a lot of resources. I imagine that some of the voice actors are no longer working at KI, and in at least one case, is no longer alive (specifically the VA behind Grandmother Raven). Theoretically they could use AI to recreate the voices, but if you've ever tried using some kind of AI TTS (text to speech) generator, the voice tones can definitely be weird, as well as pronouncing stuff weirdly. I was going to put one of the AI voice generated Spongebob episodes here to demonstrate my point, but all the ones I can think of aren't server appropriate, so I'll leave it at that.

Regarding the stats, I imagine that they could do what the Paper Mario ROM hacks do where they apply a scale for enemy stats. like 2x HP and damage. In practice though, I'm not fully sure how balanced this would be, as that's a traditional RPG and this is a CCG and MMORPG. It already has been demonstrated that just increasing the health of enemies hasn't worked out, considering that that isn't really more difficulty, given how people are just going to stack many forms of feints (remember Azteca and Khrysalis bosses having ~20000 health?). Maybe they could implement more aggressive enemy AI, and possibly cheats that aren't particularly annoying (for example, having a permanent quicken aura on all bosses so they can use stronger spells more often).

I honestly don't think it's necessary to do this. Wizard101 already is a pretty long game game and it takes a lot of time to max a character. I don't really see why people should be forced to play the game twice on the same character if they could instead just start with a new school. I'd rather see completely new content/worlds or just an overhaul of earlier worlds (similar to what Wizard City got).
