Note: not my screenshot, it's from a friend of mine.

It's the dream water you collect in Nightmare

It's an instance reagent. You aren't "supposed" to get it, but sometimes they get stuck in your backpack. Same thing happens with Cocao Pods in Crying Sky or Power Stars in Voracious Void

Interesting that it can get in your inventory

it's because technically you hold them in your inventory while doing the dungeon, that's how the game knows what items you're currently holding

#

they're supposed to be removed when leaving that instance, but that doesn't seem to always happen

Makes sense

#

I could understand how it happens, I suppose

I'm thinking it removes all reagents when you win, so if you leave without winning maybe it stays? Or maybe it removes when you teleport out, but logging out might keep it? Something along those lines

#

I might be tempted to test it one day in Standard Nightmare but that's a lot of effort 😛

I think Yama was able to reproduce this by using shift+home before the dungeon ended. I bet the same thing is true for Raids (Power Stars, Cocao Pods, Quetzal Eggs), but obviously nobody would want to throw when there's 11 other people relying on them
