You already get archmastery as a completely free method to make it easier to cast off-school spells easier

That unlocks naturally at level 50 or via a gold jewel at level 15

#

If you want to use all your non-archmastery pips, the option already exists, you sacrifice your amulet slot

Archmastery doesn’t help with power pips. It just lets you cast a limited number of spells that need school specific pips

An archmastery pip does not count as an off school power pip.
