Mee too same problem here, neither PayPal or bank card seem to work and I can't open chat
same here and support dont answer to mails ....
i vonder if @solid storm or other member tell us what is going on or when it will be fixed i have that problem 4days now and nothing hapened nobody answered
i found a debit card that worked for me so i suppose some specific banks from europe have problems with the tax in US
try different forms of payment maybe until you come across one that works
i have one bank card ....

They'll help more than this Discord unfortunately. The only thing the KI employees can do here is to redirect you to CS. They have the proper tools to look into why billing issues occur on your account
i found my solution myself after i contacted three times with support and got answers so no they wont help.
the answers given to me were pointless
u got answer 😄 lucky u , like i say i write there 2 days ago and nothing 😄 maybe they have anough people who pay and dont need new people in this game .... i play this on EU servers long ago , never have problems whit paying or anything but EU servers are death , and nobody will prove me wrong ... so i was hoping that i play this super game again on oficial us servers ... idk start from nothing whit nothing ... but this payment and no answear from KI is interesting and i wonder if they want new players or not...

I used to have this same issue 2 years ago, bank card and PayPal never worked. Even with money in the accounts. I found a work Around now.
Use a credit card, and pay your money onto the credit card bill before your statement generates, to avoid any interest. Credit cards work no problem, interestingly.

Same issue, won't let me purchase anything since this year.
ALTHOUGH it worked normally prior (2021-2023)
Also from EU and always used paypal for purchases.
But this year it won't let me buy membership nor crowns.

This isn't a bug. Please send an email to Customer Support with the subject "Suspect Billing Activity" as the message says. They'll be able to reactivate your account's purchases for you
