Spell Inspect Issue

I'm not sure whats triggering this but I've had to log out and quit the game and reload the client to fix it. Essentially instead of being able to edit my spell deck via adding spells or removing them, I can only spell inspect them. For every spell. This also applies to removing item cards from pets/gear from my deck. It doesn't matter if I left or right click, both options bring up spell inspect and just leaving my character doesn't fix it, I have to completely reload wiz.

I think I asked before, but you don’t have any keys held down like shift or control do you?

Sticky keys perhaps?

No I don't hold anything down

as far as sticky keys goes, nothing im aware of

This is the first I've heard of this happening to anyone. It's right click to inspect or control + right click to inspect, so that's why I thought it could be sticky keys

But if it was that, why would I be allowed to edit my deck for awhile and then randomly be locked out and have to reload?

So within the same wiz session, you have the normal left click to edit and right click to inspect working, and then at some point it just locks to inspect only with left or right button?

I restarted pc and I havent had the issue so far. Ill keep you updated but maybe it was shift/sticky keys thing or something? As far as I'm aware I dont have any hotkeys set for that kind of thing

When it was happening, did you see if it was stuck with gear too? Like did clicking on a gear piece only inspect it instead of equipping it?

I didn't check I'm sorry. I'm very OCD so I have gear sets for everything and just edit my spell decks (of which I have literally three full pages) so all I noticed was spells not being able to be edited

Go to a piece of gear in your backpack and click it. Does it equip it or go into gear inspect?

so yes clicking on a gear piece, right and left click, only inspects it. However I am still "highlighting" the gear by doing so and then able to click on equip after via the little blue fist

Okay, so that means it's a more general your ctrl key getting stuck issue, rather than with spell inspect itself

Still may be game side or computer side

Keyboard issue thing then? I have a different keyboard i can try

after spam clicking control i am able to add spells again without logging out

Odd that it's starting just now, but an issue with your ctrl key is the most likely given the symptoms

Ill still update if it reoccurs and ctrl doesnt fix it but because I didnt have to log out to fix the issue I'm assuming that was the problem
