I just sent a Ticket to Support.
And yes, I was able to access the Test Realm before.
Well sending the Ticket to Support asking them to check my accounts was a waste of time.
@formal spoke The reply from Support gave me links to "post my issue with the Test Realm". One link goes to the** 2021 Lemuria Update Notes**. Another link goes to the Wizard101 website Test Realm Discussion Forums. * That website has been closed and no longer exists for posting. * The other two links are instructions for downloading the Test Realm. One download link is for Pirate101 Test Realm, which is offline. The one link for the Wizard101 Test Realm download gave me the same results. I get a message saying "I am not a paying player." I cannot access Test Realm. So I am back to square one.
@formal spoke I received this reply today from Support. They are again telling me to post my issue on the Wizard101 Forums.

I thought that the Wizard101 website Forums were "closed" for discussions? Is that right?
@formal spoke I would love to participate in the "stress test" today. But I still cannot access the Test Realm. And the last reply (above) from Support told me to "post my issue" on the (non-existent) Test Realm Discussion Forums on the Wizard101 website. Can you please help with this?
@formal spoke Today I received another reply from Support, and they are again directing me to the 2021 Lemuria Game Update Notes, telling me that I must post my issue on that link. They also gave me the link to this Discord.
I replied to Support and told them that I already reported the issue here on Discord, and that you, Sparck, told me to send that Ticket to Support.
So here I am again, back at square one. Still do not have access to the Test Realm.
I would like to hear from you Sparck. What is happening with Support?
Today, March 20th, I did a follow-up on my 'escalated' Ticket. I was told that my account does not have a paid membership, so I cannot access the Test Realm. That is not correct. I do not have a paid membership, but I am a Crowns Player and I made 5 purchases, totalling $50 on Feb. 23, 2024. So I am eligible for access to the Test Realm. Why is it still not open to me? Copies of my follow-up Tickets are attached.
@formal spoke @tiny bison Once again, the Senior Wizards at Support came back and told me to "read the Terms as written ...". They said that I must have an active Membership AND as a Crowns Player I must have made a purchase of at least $6 in the last 30 days.
Evidently, the Senior Wizards do not understand that there are two types of Wizard101 Players --- those with an active Membership and those who are Crowns Players.
I still do not have access to the Test Realm, and I am getting no replies from anyone on Discord. Copies of the Ticket replies are attached.
At this point, this is outright "insulting" to me as a Wizard101 player.
You must send an email from the email where you have one account at least and not from the email where you have the master password on your 5 accounts.
If this has been done correctly, then the support is wrong.
The test realm is open to those who have a membership or have made a minimum purchase in at least the last 30 days.
You have those qualifications.
The 30-day period expires on 23 March and you, with all this hassle, will have already lost 10 days. The support will have to give you access to the test realm free for 10 days as compensation.
Finally, try uninstalling the realm test /delete all the files and reinstalling it.
Thank you for that detailed reply. I did all that you mentioned. And I still cannot access the Test Realm. I know that I am right. Either Support does not speak English, or they have no idea what the difference is between a player with an active Membership, or a Crowns Player, who will not have a Membership since they are a Crowns Player.
I do not expect any extension to the Test Realm as you mentioned. And I have repeatedly uninstalled the Test Realm download, and re-installed it more than once. Nothing worked.
As I said, this lack of a reply from a Community Manager or anyone at KI, and the terrible service (directing me to post my issue on the "2021 Lemuria Update Notes" and on the "now closed Wizard101 Test Realm Discussion Forums") and other replies from Support is outright "insulting". End of rant ... and thanks again.
I understand. The support has to deal with thousands of emails with many similar issues and I guess they can't cover the whole spectrum of problems. In most cases they use automated copy paste messages for cases where the titles are similar so that they don't have to write individually to everyone if they think the problem is similar.
In the case you mention it's a bit funny to be sent to links or updates that have to do with old ones.
But from there you understand that they are using copy paste texts that are given to them ready-made for similar problems that they can't find the solution themselves.
It would be good after this hassle to get to work on a good Feedback and a good suggestion, so that the support system becomes easier for them and for us.
Understand that they now have the emails of Europe that also have hundreds of people with many problems. We have Lemuria, you can imagine.
I have made a suggestion to the European as well as my other suggestions to change the mode of operation or to create an additional EU email, since the same email still covers UK, GR, PL, ES and IT server. Since only DE and FR have their own support email.
So you understand what is going on and how much we have been frustrated by the whole situation where we have had many issues especially in our character transfer and lost many accounts in all EU servers after the change from Gameforge to KI.
Sadly, after all of these posts, I got a reply from a Community Manager at KI telling me that "unfortunately Support would be the folks to help with that". I give up.
As a final solution what I can suggest is to uninstall the live realm and try to enter the test realm. Once you've done that, install the live realm. If I read correctly in some posts there is a problem in windows 10 in test realm for those who had the live realm downloaded before 2021. I don't think it's relevant to your problem, but I don't have any other solutions. Also, you only have one day to see if you can get in, since your 30 days-pass as paying player expires if I'm not mistaken.
