Enchant negative charms (negative Sharpen Blade)

I think there should be a spell to enchant negative charms like Weakness to make it go from -25% to -35%. Something like Sharpened Blade but for negative charms

they could slightly nerf juju to compensate (its crazy strong as it is anyway). 80% base juju would be plenty strong (it would be just as strong as school specific shields but universal and affects dots and aoes completely instead of only 1 hit).
