This is probably in the too hard bucket. At least too hard for the reward
I think unity has a realtime lightmap so we can use that and make a filter to make it pixelated hexagons
I was thinking before about minecraft shader that will make pilelated shadows and lights
Maybe the hexagon shadow idea could be for the drop shadows
it probably wouldnd be too hard for the to surfaces of blocks but the sides arent quite hexagons so it wouldnt quite match up
