MGS3 crashes during cutscenes

I used to run these mods: MGSHDFix, BetterAudio, Upscaled Textures (AI).

I completed the game multiple times but came back after months for an Extreme playthrough. The only thing that changed from what I listed is that I started using Unlocked FPS and switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I tried removing the Unlocked FPS mod just in case that was the issue but the game would still crash during cutscenes and the other mods are up to date.

I know this shouldn't be an issue considering I've beaten the game multiple times but I wanted to ask if this happened to anyone else and what could have been the cause, I'm suspecting its Windows 11 for some reason. EDIT: its happening in game as well, in Chyornyj Prud.

i think i talked to you on steam forums already/there was a similar report a few days ago, but the issue is likely the upscaled texture pack. (i assume the crash is around the waterfall scene?)

Wow really? I can't recall if I consulted there. Nevertheless, the crash happens in any cutscene (Sometimes lasts 5 minutes or 1 minute) and its been happening a lot in the swampy area (Chyornyj Prud.) I will try removing the textures (big sad) and try again then. Thanks for replying!
