Idk if you guys have smth like this already but regarding health tech (which is a doable idea) yoj could develop an app for first responders

Imagine someone is injured and the ambulance is super far away You def need a person to help out so you make an app that shows in a certain area (that the person can decide) who needs medical help to go there as first responders

They have to upload some proof that they know what they r doing but yea

Also regarding heritage and cilture u guys could do a world "journal" aka an app where people can learn more about traveling to a country of their choice

For example If u wanna go to england u need some kind of new visa and other currency (unless u already have british pound)

You can also display some cool bars and good (non trappy) restaurants where u can eat british food (but dont its disgusting btw)

Maybe aswell in other countries (for example germany) they have local events (like Octoberfest) where they wear specific clothing and celebrate diff things

And also a forum where everyone can warn each other avout tourist traps

There could be a Budgeting app that would integrate with your bank or emails and at every transaction it automatically logs the transaction into the app

You could make an Ecommerce bidding app where people bid on cultural items like Sindhi Ajrak,souvenirs from other cities or food. But in the way that middle men don’t profit, the manufacturer earns directly

Or an app for Expats where they can get 24/7 support in an hour for their parents that are left behind in India
