Okay hii all, I'm a 2nd year CSE student, and I'm currently trying to learn Full Stack Development. I did a course called "The Odin Project: Foundations" and learnt basics of html and CSS. And apparently you need more than that?? for a front end dev??? And then I started the JavaScript course under the same Odin Project. and JS is honestly I don't even know, I'm still in the basics and I don't know if I'll ever master it. I also started doing leetcode. I struggled a lot until I realized its easier to do it using Python. I know basics of how to code in Python but its difficult to solve leetcode with it. I'm not even sure if I'm learning it right. Is Full Stack Dev still good to persue in this AI, LLM driven world? I havent ventured into any of that but I feel like i like Full Stack Dev. But I also kind of suck at implementing the ideas I have as a project with so less knowledge and since I'll be in my prefinal year in a few months, I'm expected to get an internship. How will i do it with no project and no experience and even little knowledge in coding?
#I'm unsure.

you are just stuck in tutorial hell
omg I'm in tutorial hell too, same situation 😭
I think the best bet is just throwing yourself into an actual project so that you don't get stuck in a slump (You can always look up info or ask if you have any questions)
so you’re in college right? i’m confused on why you’re trying to do all this extra on the side without asking a professor for guidance first
because it sounds like you’re just confusing yourself
to be honest, my college professors kind of suck. They just tell us to do some "course" and won't guide us in a proper way.
and in this indian teaching system, they just teach us theory and nothing else
You’re in tutorial hell friend! You gotta find one thing and stick with it. I recommend continuing with The Odin Project, just make sure you go in order and don’t skip anything. Focus on JavaScript and learning the basics of that. Trying to learn too many languages at once won’t help you.
Once you have a solid foundation in one it’s easier to learn others.
Here are some websites i recommend for practice:
ignore this, just typing so i can read all the suggestions later.
try to build an actual product. if you will see that there is no way you can get it, then probably you should focus on something else
I totally agree , Indian education system will just tell "do it yourself" unless you have a teacher who just like graduated went to work and came to teach (well I have that teacher and she is an angel)
Well I would suggest building projects to ensure that you actually understand what you are doing in your course
