Hello! I just bought a refurbed Thinkpad T14 G2 last week. I noticed the touchpad wasnt working properly so I went to the Lenovo website and installed the recommended driver for it. Now it doesnt work at all, its not showing in my device manager and I sometimes get Bluescreen.
Has someone else had this issue? Or does someone know what could gave caused it? Is this is a problem I can fix by myself ?

could be a corrupted system or touchpad driver is incompatible with other drivers, i'd start with a resting bios settings to factory defaults, a fresh install of windows and updating all the firmware, including bios and stuff

Try downloading firmware drivers. If not try to boot into another operating system and see if the issue persists
If it does then it’s a hardware problem
