Make my website more kawaii

Hiii I’m a baby web dev trying to build up my portfolio. I whipped up this design today for a website. Most of my portfolio is old projects and super corporate-looking things, so I wanted to add in something less serious but incorporate AI in some way (since I haven’t done that before).

Currently it’s just a website that posts advice from AI daily. I also thought about a user putting in birth month and receiving a customized horoscope from AI, but those ideas are pretty simple.

How can I incorporate AI in my website in a more complex way to showcase my dev skills?

Also, how can I go for this 2000’s femme hand-drawn sailor moon vibe, but still make it look good enough for a portfolio?

First off I love the design
Second thing: Ideas would be:
A interactive chat with an ai to talk about advices and stuff like that
A tarot card reading

With the design I would go if id go w an 2000s hand drawn sailor moon vibes i would go with bright colors

For example #ff4893, #bb5bff, #133fff, #ffd011 and #7abcff

I also would add outlines and let it look like a 2000 website

W the font i would either go for a pixel font or a more playful one
