Hmmm, I think this would work really well in builds that have high base mult like 4OAK and Straights. Part of the strength of Red Card in my experience is that it can help with smaller builds, as if you open a Celestial Pack and have low-scoring planets, it’s often better to skip for a guaranteed +3 mult than upgrading any of those hands. And this is coming from the guy who LOVES planet builds lol
