Why: similar to shortcut or four fingers, but buffs house/oak builds which I think don't see enough love. Also would make rank jokers more usable later on in the run.

Pros:

• Doesn't buff pair

Cons:

• Makes some jokers too powerful (rebate)
• Too weird/un-balatro description/effect?

Yes, main idea is that its a joker you wouldnt really waste a slot for on a pair run (other than the value generation con I mentioned)
