Not if you can score without your jokers
If you can't, then buy a justice or hanged man from the shop, get it from fool or emperor, jokers like cartomancer, superposition, hallicination, purple seals, or spectrals if on ghost deck or seance or smth
Might work better as a final boss blind just so you've had time to build up econ and resources
But I think its a boss blind with an objective you really have to work towards if you rely on jokers and can't afford econ or tarot generation

Getting a spectral card into your consumables is something only 6th sense and seance can do, so unless you have those specific jokers before the blind starts and you use them to farm a 4/16 chance, or you specifically get hanged man (1/22) or you have glass cards (not guaranteed) or have a justice card (1/22) and you win the 1/4 chance to break the card. This boss primarily seems to be an econ check, do you have enough econ to roll for a specific tarot card? If this shows up in, like, ante 3, you're just toast.
Like, sure, there are lots of ways to get tarot cards, but most of them rely on specific game pieces that are not guarantees to get, and you have essentially two blinds to farm a 1/22 chance, and that chance might actually simply not be possible, what if the first hanged man in the tarot queue this ante is 75 cards deep?
