Green Deck + Seed Money / Money Tree

It was suggested before that Seed Money and Money Tree should be banned in Green Deck, but here's a crazy idea to properly implement it:

• Seed Money - Earn an extra $1 per Discard left at the end of round
• Money Tree - Earn an extra $2 per Hand left at the end of round

If you have both vouchers, you get a total of $4 per hand left and $2 per discard left. Cha-ching.

As for To the Moon... Earn an extra $1 per hand left at the end of round, so this Joker isn't useless anymore
