Just to clarify, it forces those ranks to bottom deck or can you just not draw them such that it can cause an early game over due to lack of cards?

Anyway with the former I think it’s like incredibly strong; it would need to be balanced by reducing the maximum number of cards you can discard to either 4 or 3

Not move them in deck

They'll remain in order, it is Jimbo charging an attack not breaking the game

Its why I feel the description is unideal, I think the idea is good but i don't have solid wording.

yeah the whole the rank could still be drawn if its the only choice thing could easily just be a hidden backup behaviour like the ace of spades thing for rebate and castle and such
