The card does not move when I change sorting from rank to suit and vice-versa suggesting that this is a 6. Couldn't find any other similar bugs through searching.

Yeah, can't rule it out. I started this run manually, so brainstorm didn't do anything but it could definitely still affect the game. Still, there's no obvious interaction that could have caused it.
