If hand is a Flush, 1/2 chance to add Mult or Bonus to each scoring card. Randomize each card’s suit when scored.

i don’t think this is very good currently but if more bonus/mult synergies get added it has the potential to be pretty decent

alternatively it could be something like a 1/3 chance for a random enhancement
