#All In! (Rare)

Alternative take on a blackjack joker. Intended for after a blue stake rework since if you play all 4 hands and 3 discards then it scales. Also $7 x 3 rounds = $21 an ante which is neat :3
You can also just take this as a $7/round generator for the next 3 rounds I guess
Thinking about it, maybe this doesn’t need to scale its payout and be bumped down to uncommon then
i would change it to hands or discards since currently it implies you have to both play 7 hands and use 7 discards per round to keep it alive
i do like it tho
I think or makes it sound like you need to play 21 hands or 21 discards, not a cumulative amount
It could be “a combined total of 21 hands or discards”
Does it increase payout at the end of the ante or at the end of each round?
Ante
I think I might like this more tbh, shortens description too
I think the idea is cool, but I don't see a way to make this short enough to fit well in a Joker description
+$7 at the end of round. Destroys itself if a cumulative 21 hands and discards weren’t used every 3 rounds
(Don’t wanna say every ante since it makes this untakable if you find it at the end of the ante)
Idk about this
Its very strictly at a "doable" on most decks
Idk I'm just not big on this- it sounds tedious to work around and a little OP given you either scale it or fail it
Even one "successful" three rounds on this ensures you get a full 3 rounds worth of Gold out of 1 blind
Yeah but a flat 7 bucks is boring
You could also take stuff like drunkard or other hand/discard adders to make it more reasonable is what I was thinking
A Joker that isn't scoring but relies on outside utility doesn't sound fun to me
In that case, instead of making it static numbers, why not make it care about having 0 discards and 0 hands left each round
i fear this joker crosses over into winmore when played properly though
like as long as you pass the attention checks and are careful not to overscore, it's basically just infinite money if you can win the rounds in 1 hand
HC slop but not for scoring 🤤
Idk I tried cooking and it happened to be that 21 is makable with all your base hands and discards, and wanted something different than just playing an ace and a face (like most other blackjack suggestions are)
It encourages HC slop just not for scoring, which is meh
Hence why I made this joke
Also if I'm understanding this right, it's a free $13, and for 1 keep up it $55. Golden joker over a whole run makes $82 excluding first and last round. With cost inculed
why 13 and not 14?
I haven't considered the fact that this would have three rounds of windup until it actually starts giving a return
unless you were already using all of your resources
I think ima make it not scale
^ so this version
I thought I costed $8 like lots of other rares
ooh i see
