Basically just Fortune Teller and Constellation but with spectral.

Also, Fortune teller adds mult
Constellation multiplies mult
So this adds chips.

I do like the idea but I think it's way to specific. Like it's only really viable in ghost deck and with perkeo duping a spectral card.

Sorry for my phrasing. I ment a +0.5X Mult everytime a spectral card is used. This can stack.
