#Double Down

Like the hand can contain only two cards or just any two cards in the hand add to 11?
I think the intent is that at least two cards in the scoring hand overall have ranks that add up to 11
Like an 8-4 straight, 5 and 6 add up to 11
adding ranks is weird: do you mean chip values, or are you excluding face cards? is ace 1 or 11 or both?
I'd assume base chip value, so as not to let Hiker or the Bonus enhancement mess it up
diary of a wimpy kid reference? with the 11 (I feel stupid)
and this seems very specific
In Blackjack, doubling down refers to doubling your bet and taking one extra card. Basic strategy says that a player should always double if their two starting cards add to 11 (a seven and four, for example)
