negative should not be compatible
it should not be a spectral
if it has negitive
and if it is a spectral card it should destroy all jokers (becuase this is better hex arguable)
also what if you try destroying a eternal joker does it lose its edition

Mhm. Regardless getting a transfer in a spectral pack and finding a negative (be it natural or tag) is RNG in it of itself so it’s a worthy payoff

I mean, it can move a polychrome I guess which is nice for ante 8. Better then negative for ante 8 usually.
But transfer still requires you to skip or get insanely lucky and find a negative in shop
(Transfer perkeo anaglyph sounds very very fun)
And those should be fun, not smth to balance around imo since regardless that is a very niche case
It's very easy to get random negative jokers. It's relatively easy, albeit expensive, to get specific jokers. Getting a specific negative joker is and should be very difficult and costly.
The issue is that right now it's too difficult and costly to do so most high runs just die out

And more negatives will allow more strategies to work for longer since you will have space

It's not skill, it's luck. luck has to stay in the game but it's pretty demotivating to only be able to go far every 5th run or so

If we allow this though it will make naninf runs far to much leniency. You'll see dozens of nat negatives meaning the ecto is almost always something you shouldn't take

I don't see how else you'd balance out getting more useful negatives, but I think we need more sources of negatives and this is a fun and interesting way of doing so

I think the spectral as it is now is to powerful and would make endless go on too longfor most runs
Endless needs some tweaks as well since the game wasn't designed for it
A sorta pop out UI once you get too many cards/jokers, and speedups on calculations
Ik mods add those but it's not mobile compatible
Thunk doesn't balance around endless unfortunately so it's not too likely we'll get things like this

It doesnt necessarily have to be priority, but I think it should be fixed after main content is implemented
And endless balance isnt just for naneinfers, but those who just want to push their build farther.
honestly i think endless growing so fast it breaks the game at ante 39 is kinda cool
The game even tracks you having reached Ante...16? I believe
I dont necessarily think calculations need to go past ante 39
But itd be nice if the scoring effects didnt take 2 years and break the visuals and audio

One thing All in jest does that I like is the skip tag that gives you a perishable legendary. Decent on its own especially in the context of the legendaries it has to offer. But theres a spectral card, Trefoil, that lets you reroll a Joker into same rarity. Which happens to remove stickers

So I just want to be like...able to use the content in the game, especially if it takes a lot of skill and planning on my part
I felt so clever when I got a perishable legendary Joker that had the effect "Creates a spectral card of your choice at end of boss blind" and I created Trefoil. I didn't even know if it would remove stickers, I got to figure that out organically
But if something like that were to be added, that skip tag would have to be like an unlockable or something

This is why if you're doing a deep endless run that needs a very specific setup you need to be prioritizing economy over scoring. If you have $10,000 rolling for any specific joker is tedious but more or less completely possible. The entire idea behind Balatro is making the rare and impossible into the inevitable, and that includes the shop.

I'd go with it just not working, otherwise you're basically just circumventing the downside
