the main issue with a bunch of these is that +1 is a ton but you can't really split it
you could have dark energy give consumable slots, and then maybe alternate between that and joker slots at increasing intervals (so like C-J-C-C-J-C-C-C-J and so on)

now: Code Fu, when used, creates a card in your hand corresponding to what you would most likely need at the time.
for example a Meteor Rain if your opponent is at low health, or a Cure if you're at high Poison (full table on the right, feel free to ask questions)
so realistically there should be a table of conditions, and Code Fu should look into it to determine what the best course of action is when it is used (maybe giving money if money is low, removing perishable stickers, giving joker slots?)
Could be anything, but it can only choose the one effect that would be most appropriate. It should be consistent, never random.

i imagine this would work as a dagger that instead steals the +mult, +chips and Xmult (and possibly some others like Xchips or exponents if you feel like being evil) of the joker it destroys. so its destroying the jokers (thus freeing space) but perma-ing the stats onto itself, like it does ingame (destroys the monster and gives its atk/def/hp to you)
i dont know how you would steal those stats specifically

-The Key to My Heart: while active, adds two special rankless/suitless cards to your deck (one would be a key, the other would be a lock). one can't be played in a hand without the other, if both are played together you get some benefit out of it. the cards can't be copied or destroyed normally, they should be immune to stickers in case of cryptid. if they somehow are removed they should be recreated at start of round. the cards are removed properly if KMH is removed from your slots (for this i would need to create a Lock and a Key enhancement)

going to attempt to clarify a definitive idea here for Alpine Lily:
starts with a basic ability: “+4 Mult”
this ability has a good chance (maybe 3 in 4?) of mutating at the end of round.
“Mutating”, in this context, means that one of its effects can change in any of the following ways:
-it gains or loses value (so it could become +6 Mult instead), with losing value being weighted slightly lower than gaining value
-it changes its operator (it could go from + to X), weighted very low
-it changes what it outputs (either Mult, Chips or $ - conversion between +Chips and other outputs (including XChips) should be multiplied by 10 or so)
-it gains (maximum of 3) a new effect, weighted slightly lower
-it loses (minimum of 1) an existing effect, weighted very low
so from the start its ability should read:
“+4 Mult
3 in 4 chance to mutate at end of round”
the game/toy it originates from (Seed) features a toggle that lets you watch the silly plants mutate on their own, where they slowly morph randomly into some big crazy thing

basically in that game:
-you match two same type elements to make an element of a bigger size, and you do so by swapping two elements of the same size
-the Wild "element" can swap and match with any element of any size, and is created when a swap would result in three consecutive matches of increasing size for one element
-you start with the four "basic" elements (first row), then (in-story at least) they combine to form the secondary elements (second row) - you then unlock Cosmos and its (third row) secondaries. Some excuse plot about Da Vinci and the Philosopher's Stone (the corresponding rare spectral).
have you considered having some kind of combination effect for the composite elements? like maybe the pack only presents the basic elements and then you can merge one with the element(s) you currently have, either enhancing its effect if they match or changing it to a composite element if they can
and then maybe after you have "made" a composite element in a run that element can appear in packs to facilitate combining them
not sure how to approach Wild's gimmick though
(if the element effects are temporary, maybe getting a copy refreshes the duration as well)
effects could upgrade at thresholds of powers of 2 to sort of refer to how youd normally have to build one of a matching size to match in order to progress (?)
