joker idea:
get a random trigger, make a variable. name it any thing you want. make the variable initial value 0 at normal. put a modify internal variable in the random trigger and make it set to, range number to set to is 2 - any number. get a played hand or card is scored trigger. make the mult, the mult variable.

im trying to make a joker gain mult when a card is scored and i cant figure it out is there a chance i could get some guidance 
create a variable and set its starting value to 0
then create a trigger for when a card is scored > any conditions > add to variable (number)
then another trigger for when the hand is played > add mult (variable)

the biggest time sink isnt the code generation
the code gen is like an hour max, because boosters are easy
its all the ui stuff and making it look nice and understandable
UI is hard to get right
and making it so that you can select custom stuff in the menus and stuff

most likely not in joker forge because that requires manually programming effects to specific mods
ive thought about something in the future where people who know SMODS can submit new triggers, conditions, and effects, by just sharing one or two lines of code, then the code generation can dynamically add it with parameters and stuff
and then it can get added to the site thru manual review
but that would be crazy

btw i tested the probobility thing and turns out it only works on vanilia and not on other mods

Make the joker retrigger cards based on how many card modifier it has
close, but you need the retrigger effect on each rule
because currently let's say if a card is scored with an edition, all it does it adds 1 to the counter
and you don't need rule 4 at all
