Despite this double negation and a few manual loc_vars change I had to make, it sure is a nice tool to make somewhat simple jokers (this one is kinda slightly more difficult due to the active system). I know I don't have to expect the moon from this project.

Working on a card effect, will this effect look specifically for a Queen of Spades in hand, or will it look for both any Queen and any Spade?
So like, hypothetically would it trigger if a Queen of Hearts and 2 of Spades were both held in hand
it will trigger only if its a Queen of Spades
if you click the 'and' you can make it an 'or'
or if you want it to trigger for every queen but only if they are spades or hearts, you can create a new condition group for the suits

maybe when you imported all your old jokers, because the backend no longer generates the keys, the info modal does, none of them had keys and they all had unknown joker. and if two jokers share the same key it breaks and doesn't show up

hi, I'm making a joker that subtracts $20 but it won't do that even with a custom negative variable. Did something changed with the latest update? (also if I add a money condition the game crashes)

here is the current system in pseudocode
get all effects/conditions for rules (extracteffectsconfig function in index).
go through a manually edited list of valid effects, adding them to config extra if present
generate locvars function generates its loc vars based on those effects, as well as other things like probability
generate actual effect code
new system
generate calculate function stuff first, going through each effect/condition
each individual effect/condition file returns a ConfigExtraVariable with a string and a value (chips = 10, mult = 4, etc.)
once calculate function is done, get all of these and put them in config extra and put them also in loc vars.

I am having a problem, the balatro does not recognize more than half of the jokers, I have already rebooted and extracted and still only about 10 or a little more of the 57 jokers that I have are loaded

if you reopen the edit joker info modal it should do it for you
its because the code generation no longer generates keys for you, the frontend does that now and sends it off to backend to use. so when you import something from the old ui, the jokers dont have keys associated with them because they never had the chance to generate it in the frontend and now the backend doesnt do it automatically, so they default to 'uknown_joker' or whatever

like, this is a good feature, but it doesn't have to come up every time i load anything
there is no way around this unfortunately, when you refresh you are starting from scratch, but as you make changes its saved to your browser storage. even if you made no changes, your current mod will be in browser storage so joker forge detects that and offers to import it
what does the console say when this happens because i cant reproduce this
