Basically after the Boss Blind is defeated, you get a tag from said Tag Joker

#

so an Uncommon Tag Joker will give you a uncommon Tag after defeated the boss blind

No i didn't add any custom adds, It's Just custom Jokers that spawn the base game Tags

#

and as of currently I couldn't get the Orbital Tag working properly, so i just replace it's spawn with 3 Meteor Tags
