Tarot. Justice: lower the rank of 2 cards by 1 or 1 card by 2

Tarot. strength: incease the rank of 2 cards by 1 or 1 card by 2

Joker. Stack jokers: cards can have up to 2 enhancements, editions and seals at once

Spectral. Guardian: make selected joker eternal.

Joker. Dealer: in 2 rounds sell this joker to trigger the decks effect. (Blue deck +1 hand, green deck 4$ per hand and 2$ per discard)

Spectral. Explore: add a green seal to 1 card.

Green seal: draw all green seals before drawing normaly

Joker. Echo joker. Retrigger all jokers with half there strength. (Even steven +2mult. Dna 1 in 2 chance to copy played card)
