But i think this would give great dynamic shift to stone cards

To be a score + econ card

Tbh I think $3 would be good. If we compare this to Golden Ticket (since gold cards are also primarily created via a tarot 1 at a time), Golden Ticket gives $4 while this gives half of that

Stone Cards ALWAYS score when played, so no worries there.

And because of that, this joker could get you money when you play a Two Pair + a Stone Card, too!

idk why that property of Stone Cards are never explained, but yeah. You can play five Stone Cards and score all of them, and it'd be a High Card. As if you had Splash.

id make it "scored" both for consistency with other jokers and for retrigger synergy imo.

$2 seems like the correct amount to give cause of the stone's effect, playing a gold card with golden tickets sacrifices 3 potential dollars in exchange of 4$, stone cards can be played with any hand and their effect is "on scored"
