Most on scored jokers will have some sort of limitation, and a plain reading of the text suggests that it simply bypasses all of the limitations.
Which means hanging Chad triggering for every wild card and so on

I feel like it depends on the wording, since it should bypass checks for what the card is but not the context around the card
I.E. Wilds would be face cards now, but wouldn't be considered the first played card or last played hand
