I'd recommend either buffing it to x2 or x2.5 even and requiring that a card is actually destroyed in order to trigger, or nerfing to x1.5 and keeping the behavior where you just get the bonus from playing it.

You can make it less deck fixing by having the joker destroy the card instead of each queen.

counting on baron being 1.5x and this giving deckfixing on top of its effect 1.5x instead of 1.75x is fair imo
