Simple ability, copies the most recently sold joker’s ability.
It would be an uncommon joker, and it wouldn’t copy the edition of the last sold joker.

Also, I think you're talking about if you get burning memory before selling a joker, it just wouldn't do anything until you sell one

since it seems that it isn't the most recently sold joker as of buying it, just the most recently sold joker at any point

so if you sell another joker after getting burning memory, it'll start copying that joker's ability instead

let's say you have a complete triboulet or idol run going

you get Burning Memory, and have like $1500 or something (reasonable for deep endless runs)

you can sell sock, grab burning memory, and roll for ecto and another sock

since you won't lose any scoring power, since burning memory acts as the sock you just sold

THAT'S why this would be useful

Another good use is for say getting vagabond or something and you know you are going to pivot out of it later, so you sell vagabond, buy this and then have a more flexible joker slot.

I think that this should make a perfect copy, sell value, scaling, editions even of the last joker because it is already weak to begin with.
