Tags are actually powerful, the reason why they are bad is because they aren't powerful enough to justify skipping a round. But getting roughly 1.5-1.7x the value of a round per round is a hell of a lot of value

It’s based on queen Mary’s jester I believe and sure pixel art would be great but you would have to use artistic liscence because I doubt that any pictures/drawings exist of her/him

as with what @fervent crypt, tags themselves are extremely powerful, the reason they're seldom used is that it isn't worth skipping for the tag for the majority of them

so this would 100% work as a legendary

typically, tags only arent good because having to skip outweighs the benefit you would get, but none of the tags would be bad if you got them.

theres only a few tags that are good to go for and theyre only good early game and on later decks

i feel we could buff skipping with this joker by debuffing it to 1 in 3 chance to give the skip and making it rare

ehhh i don't think a8 perkeo holds since there is always a scenario where some legendary doesn't work for you

you could get trib or canio in a scenario where you have no face cards

or yorick on a burglar run

A8 perkeo helps you build, it's still an active effect you can minmax
