Dev console (à la Minecraft & Team Fortress 2)

basically a dev console to the game with a bunch of cheat commands that you can use to do certain things and also bound to a certain key

the console will allow you to do things such as:

• give yourself a specific joker at any time (along with how many, what edition like foil poly holo or negative, and even perishable and eternal stickers)
• disable a boss blind or even change the current ante's boss blind to what is desired
• give yourself spectral & tarot cards (even in negative edition like perkeo creates)
• give yourself desired booster packs, vouchers, and tags
• give jokers eternal/rental/perishable stickers or remove them
• instantly skip the blind as if you have won it

along with that, you should make it so using a command in the console will automatically and immediately disable discoveries and achievements for the rest of the run

also make it so it's a toggleable setting in the game settings

in all honesty this is just something that allows you to do OP things, and that's where the disabled achievements comes in

another idea for a command, which you guys can also make if you want to, give a selected playing card any quality like edition or seal or rank or suit or enhancement

I think this would probably be the best possible answer to the numerous posts here requesting a sandbox mode
