Way too strong
I could see it working if there was a cap on attempts to proc
id change spectral to fill consumible slots with tarots
or smth similar
spectrals in hand usually require active effort from the player, this just requires luck, money or time
oh, what about, generate an arcana pack in shop?
or random pack
Red Card is already strong enough lol
that's such a niche and very little powerful synergy

1 in 8 chance to create a random Standard, Arcana, Celestial, or Buffoon Pack when rerolling?
Spend 5+$ for a chance to spend 4+$ to get +3 mult
Tbh id just make it "rerolling has a 1/2 to stock a booster pack in shop (must have room, aka 2 max)
That way you have to spend way more money to roll down for spectrals
that also makes sense
Power wise i think I like my idea, but it also veers far away from the D8 theming
if it's a random pack (including spectrals) then i'd move It down to 1/4 or cap the max pack generated amount
At a 1/8, and the fact you still need to open the pack, spectrals being disallowed feels bad

Also i think the limit should be the natural booster limit, 2 at a time
It means you have to spend money on the packs or else rerolls aren't helping see more
you can pr easily get a ton of packs with a 1/2 chance imo

Idk, i just think allowing spectrals, assuming their at the regular pack rates, just isn't an issue
you still need to spend 4-8$ per pack on top of rerolls to see more, and in non-endless that just isn't that bad
I genuinely feel like that's just a worse idea, free packs are good but at 1/4 the ROI is just awful (5 + 6 + 7 + 8 is 26$ which is not good.)

You on average need to spend 10-20$ to see a full shops worth of boosters

packs are very valuable, specially in endless, so i'd rather compensate with money than with amount of packs

ok, so what if we take the d8 concept back, with a 1/8 of a free mega or jumbo pack?
I just dunno about making packs harder to find, at a certain point it just feels unworthwhile for a slot, 1/4 and free is the closest to balanced i think
