I feel like some of these might be a little over/underpowered so if you have critiques pls tell me

With the exception of orange seals and manifest they all seem good.
Reanimate is cool because it prevents you from spamming negative as putting it on a good joker is risky
Divination is nice, a stronger fool but rarer, more niche and conditional
Manifest is interesting, but I don't like having a voucher attainment method this strong.
Soul bond is cool because teal seals are situational and still require deckfixing/shrinking to be good.
Oath is not so good because orange seals invalidate deck fixing, play an orange seal 4 of a kind once and if you keep winning in one hand with that crazy planet scaling, you never need to look at your deck again.
Of course when perkeo is brought into the mix, reanimate and manifest break, but for balance purposes, with the exception of the absolute game breaking, Perkeo doesn't exist. I swear, someone is going to come in here and complain about how you could use 2 oops all sixes and perkeo to break reanimate as if that is relevant to an ante 8 run.

Maybe orange seals could need to be held in hand at the end of round instead of played
It shouldn’t be too broken because it couldn’t be used with blue seals but I’m also worried it might be a little too niche that way

It’s a random voucher from the pool of available vouchers, so you couldn’t get, say, antimatter if you haven’t already bought blank
Changed orange seal's condition from being played in last hand to being held in last hand, should be better balanced but a bit more niche
